Opulence By Design Crafts Botanical Alchemy Collection – Glorious Gladiola Cardmaking & Papercrafting Kit – PDF Digital Download

Bring beautiful florals, rich colour and wonderful layered detail to your papercrafting with Glorious Gladiola, part of the Opulence By Design Crafts Botanical Alchemy Collection.

This really is such a pretty collection, combining elegant gladiola florals with lots of faux texture, distressed detail and mixed-media interest. The palette blends gorgeous shades of lilac, deep purple, warm yellow and opulent gold, with touches of coordinating green to bring everything together.

The Botanical Alchemy range has been designed to give you the look of layered mixed-media crafting — think painted surfaces, stamped detail, distressed textures and decorative overlays — without needing lots of specialist pastes, inks or messy mediums. Simply print, cut and layer to create projects that look full of depth and detail.

The collection is perfect for creating greeting cards, layered cards, scrapbook pages, journal projects, tags, keepsakes and other papercraft designs. Mix and match the toppers, panels, backing papers and embellishments to create something different every time.

The sample card shown demonstrates just how beautifully the collection works when combined with traditional matting and layering, die-cut foliage, paper flowers, gems and dimensional embellishments.

Beautiful Without the Mess

One of my favourite things about the Botanical Alchemy Collection is that so much of the texture and detail is already worked into the artwork. You can enjoy the appearance of mixed-media techniques while still keeping your project simple and achievable.

Print the papers as they are for a beautiful layered look, or take them even further with mirror card, glitter card, embossing, lace, ribbon, gems, die-cut foliage and handmade paper flowers.

Whether you keep your project relatively simple or really layer it up, Glorious Gladiola gives you plenty of opportunity to create something wonderfully opulent and completely your own.
