We lived in Canada for 3.5 years and during the winter months there was nothing better than warming up with a rich hot white chocolate especially when it was -20c outside.

After moving back to the UK and being delighted that a number of Tim Hortons had opened up we were really disappointed to find out that they sell the hot chocolate powder ( as do Amazon) but the hot drink had not made it onto their menu

so after attempt after attempt i now have the right mix of ingredients i think to rival our favourite Toronto's Timmies location

The recipe can also be made with normal hot chocolate powder as well
