I hope you like my little "In the Jungle" Card..i had such fun making this.
I know you started signing after you read the above line.. "the mighty Jungle.. the Parrot sleeps tonight".. ok maybe not, I did lol!!

Supplies list for the card
I made a simple Easel card using a 5"x5" cardblank as a base

i re-sized this using my printer settings to be 50% of the original size

which i then coloured in with a selection of pencils
the tropical leaves is from a new kit i am working on so i thought i would test it out on this card
I added a little ink to the outside of the topper with a mini ink pad photographed above before adding a layer of gold mirror card

This was coloured with pens and ink pads in lots of shades of greens
I started to put together the layers on the easel card
I wrapped a bit of velvet style ribbon around the front.. i didn't want to use anything too feminine as i don't know who this card is for yet - this wool is from the Rico brand and i got it from that fabulous Craft shop i posted about this week on my facebook personal page
I had a bit of green glitter card in my scraps box that i thought would look great for this so i added some under the main topper and on the sentiment
The gems in the corners of the front panel are "rain drop" style gems they are from Hobby Lobby
Glue choices - C C Tape pens for the mat and layers, my glue gun for the wool embellishment (just a little drop under the knot) and foam pad tape for a little dimensional lift on the sentiment, you can find all of my adhesive favourites here in my "Glues and Adhesive" section - https://amzn.to/43StUMo
